Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. This can take one to three business days.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
All our products are picked up and shipped via our trusted carrier UPS Canada from our supplier warehouse. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the service choice and province destination of the parcel. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your parcel being picked up by UPS to the email address you provided while checking out. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at orders@humblebed.comÂ

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status through UPS Canada here.
Shipping to P.O. boxes.
We only ship to a valid street address, and do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a shipper uses a P.O. Box address, we will not be able to complete the transaction.
Delivery of defective merchandise.
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories or
- Replacing the product (if incorrect product arrives)
- We’ll also cover the cost of shipping!
