Shipping Policy

All orders are confirmed by Humble Bed after a full 24 hours from the first order to allow for any cancellations or changes to made-to-order purchases. Orders will finish processing within 2 to 4 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Most orders are delivered within 7 – 14 business days from time of shipment however, made-to-order orders will have an added lead time, which is usually 4 to 6 weeks.

Humble Bed partners with various shipping carriers and services and uses white glove delivery for all orders we can. When white glove delivery is unavailable Humble Bed will use the next Less Than Load (LTL) service available.

All delivery times are subject to change on a per order basis and will follow the estimated shipping times provided by the shipping provider.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates.

We offer free shipping all over Canada except for the following provinces YT, NU, and NT. (Where we do not offer shipping) We do not ship internationally

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will in most cases include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For any order that has exceeded the couriers estimated delivery date, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes.

Our couriers can only deliver to physical addresses as such, Humble Bed does not accept orders placed to PO BOX deliveries.

Delivery of defective merchandise.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories or
  • Replacing the product (if incorrect product arrives)
  • We’ll also cover the cost of shipping!

Contact with your name & order number send along a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
